The Medical Admission Result 2024 is going to be Published today 11 February 2024. It is confirmed by the Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) officials. According to the official source, the MBBS Admission Result 2024 will be Released after 2:00 pm. However, it may vary.
This year, the MBBS Admission Test for Government and Private Medical Colleges was held on 9 February 2024. After that, the Evaluation Process and Preparation of the Result were completed within 48 hours.
How to check Medical Admission Result 2024?
Here are the two ways to check your MBBS Result 2024:

- Visit https://result.dghs.gov.bd
- Choose the MBBS Admission option.
- Provide your admission test roll number.
- Click on the result button.
- SMS: The DGHS will send an SMS to successful candidates who make the merit list. Ensure the mobile number you provided during your application is correct.
MBBS Merit List 2024
The Medical Admission Result 2024 will include a merit list ranking candidates based on their admission test scores. Only candidates scoring 40% or higher on the admission test will be included in the merit list. Your position on the merit list is a major factor in your chances of securing a seat in a medical college.
Medical Admission Circular 2024
Medical Admission Circular 2024 has been published. The published admission notice will apply to all government and private medical colleges in Bangladesh. The MBBS admission circular can be downloaded from the Directorate General of Health Education website.
According to the published notice, MBBS Admission Application will start on December 2023. Applications can be made through the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website. The last date to fill out the medical admission form is 11 January 2024. The application fee can be paid till 27 January 2024. An application fee of Tk.1000 / – has to be paid through Teletalk.
Admission test for MBBS course will be held on 9 February 2024. The test will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The student has to participate in the admission test at the designated exam center.
Eligibility of application
To apply for MBBS course Admission Test in medical colleges, the student must have the following qualifications.
The student has to pass HSC / equivalent examination in 2022 or 2023 from science group. Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects at Higher Secondary level.
- In 2021 or 2020, the student has to pass SSC / equivalent examination from science group.
- Students must have a minimum total GPA of 9.00 in SSC and HSC level examinations. However, tribal students and non-tribal hilly areas students should have a minimum GPA of 8.00.
- Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in HSC and SSC level examinations separately.
- Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in HSC / equivalent level Biology subject.
Medical Admission Form 2023-24
Filling of MBBS Admission Form 2023-24 will start from 12:00 on 11 January 2024. The application form can be filled up till 10:59 pm on 27 January 2024. Students who apply online can pay the application fee till January 2024. The online application form can be filled through the dghs.teletalk.com/mbbs website. Follow the steps below to fill out the medical admission form.
- Visit the admission website dgme.teletalk.com.bd.
- Enter the MBBS Admission Option
- Click on the application form option.
- Provide SSC / equivalent and HSC equivalent information.
- Enter the next step by providing quota information.
- Fill out the application form with the required information.
- Upload photo and signature.
- Submit the application form.
After successfully applying online, the student has to pay the application fee. Application fee must be paid within 72 hours of online application. Even if you apply online, your application will not be accepted if you do not pay the application fee. The student has to determine the center for admission test while paying the application fee. Any three exam centers have to be provided in order of preference. Detailed instructions for application fee payment will be mentioned in the applicant’s copy.

Application Fee Payment
At the end of the online application, the student has to pay an application fee of Tk. 1000 (one thousand). Application fees can be paid through Teletalk Mobile Operator pre-paid SIM. The application fee has to be paid through a total of two SMS. The SMS Process is-
1st SMS: MBBS <space> User ID and Send to 16222. Example: MBBS ABCDEF and Send to 16222.
2nd SMS: MBBS <space> YES <space> PIN <space> Center Codes and Send to 16222. Example: MBBS YES 123456 11,12,13,14 and Send to 16222.
Note that the student has to be sure about the payment of the application fee after paying it. The student will be confirmed in the return message as soon as the application fee is paid. The confirmation message will mention the test center. Students will also be able to check the payment status from the admission website.
Admission Test Marks Distribution
Medical Colleges Admission test 2023-2024 will be held in the basis of full syllabus. A total of 100 Marks admission test will be held. Admission test will be taken in MCQ method. Admission Test Duration is 1 hour for a total of 100 MCQ questions. The mark of each question is 1.
0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in the admission test. Admission Test Pass mark is 40. The MBBS admission test Marks Distribution is given below.
